Once you decide Blue Lake is the right place for your event, fill out the request form by clicking the "Plan Your Retreat/Event" option under the Retreat menu. Once you give us the basic information about your group and event we will reach out to get your group on our calendar.

Yes! We have two dining halls at Blue Lake; one that serves our Oakwood and Dogwood facilities, and one at Pinewood. We can take care of all your meals during your stay at Blue Lake and can accommodate most dietary restrictions or allergies.

Groups of 35 guests or more are required to have Blue Lake provide their meals.

We offer a wide range of camp amenities and activities, some included in your rental price and some are at additional charge.

If your group is staying in either Pinewood or Dogwood your group DOES need to bring their own linens.

If your group is staying in Oakwood your group has the option to bring your own linens or have them provided by Blue Lake for an additional charge.

Blue Lake does not require a minimum number of guests in order to book a retreat, however in some instances your group may be required to pay a minimum fee.
