FOOD SERVICE
Head Cooks
Head Cooks are active in all aspects of kitchen tasks including cooking, prepping, serving, cleaning, supervising shifts, and managing staff to ensure Blue Lake campers and guests are fed well and as scheduled.
Pay range for Head Cooks is $11.00-$12.00 per hour and is based on previous experience.
Kitchen Assistants
Kitchen Assistants take on a variety of tasks (cooking, prepping, serving, cleaning, etc.) to support the work of ensuring campers and guests are fed well and as scheduled.
Pay for Kitchen Assistants starts at $9.00 per hour and is based on previous experience.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping Team Members
Housekeeping team members support the work of ensuring all facilities are clean and ready for use for campers and guests.
Pay for Housekeeping team members starts at $9.00 per hour and is based on previous experience.

Applications received will be held as active until we have positions to be filled. Work is available on an as needed basis, but is fairly steady most months, especially if your availability is flexible. Beginning at the end of May employees can expect 30-40 hours per week throughout the summer months. After summer, work is once again available on an as needed basis. Please note that these positions are part-time and hourly. Scheduled hours depend on department, position, and availability.

SUMMER PROGRAM STAFF POSITIONS
We at Blue Lake are seeking young adults to join us in the journey of pouring God's Love into the children and youth of West Florida and Alabama. We are looking for all kinds of people who are excited to spend a summer outside, sweating a lot, playing with kids, leading by example, making lifelong friends and showing God's love!

WORSHIP COORDINATOR
We are looking for an individual who can lead our camp in musical worship throughout the summer! Applicants should have experience leading worship and a passion for exposing kids to connecting to God through music.
The Worship Coordinator position is open to applicants who are at least one year removed from High School.
MEDIA COORDINATOR
The Media Coordinator position is open to anyone who has a passion for photography, videography and/or social media! This position will spend the summer capturing the memories the campers are making and sharing them with our community on our website, social media, and with parents.
LIFEGUARD
This position is for local area applicants who are looking for an hourly job. You must have an up-to-date lifeguard certification OR be able to come to our training week at the beginning of the summer. This position is part-time, hourly, and no housing is provided. Lifeguards should have a strong work ethic, be dependable and willing to work long hours. Applicants should be ready, willing, and excited to work around kids all day long.
Lifeguard positions are open to applicants who are Juniors in High School or older.
SUPPORT STAFF
Being a Support Staff gives you a taste of what it truly means to be the hands and feet of camp. Support Staff will spend 3 weeks of summer being an active staff member and making an impact behind the scenes.
Support Staff positions are open to applicants who are Juniors and Seniors in High School.
COUNSELOR
We are looking for individuals who are passionate, excited, and willing to get their hands dirty. An ideal summer counselor is someone who can roll with the punches of summer camp and is a team player. Most importantly, we are looking for people who love kids and love God. A Blue Lake counselor’s number one job is to show the campers that come to our camp each week that they are loved by us AND our King.
Counselor positions are open to applicants who are at least one year removed from High School.
PROGRAM LEAD
We’re looking for passionate, creative leaders who are ready to make an impact this summer! As a Program Lead, you’ll work side by side with the Program Director and be the go-to support for our counselors: helping them lead, grow, and share God’s love with every camper. We’re searching for team players who put others first, embrace camp life, and love kids and Jesus with their whole hearts.
Program Lead positions are open to applicants who have at least one summer of experience with Blue Lake Camp or a similar camp setting.
